- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Defective or Damaged Products
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged or defective product.
- Please provide photos of the item and its packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
- Growing mediums, opened or used products, and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping rates apply to most orders and are calculated at checkout.
- Bulky items, such as grow tents, growing mediums, lighting, and large quantities of nutrients, will incur a separate bulky item shipping fee.
Bulky Item Shipping
- After your order is packed, we will obtain shipping quotes for bulky items. The shipping fee will be sent to you separately, and the order will be shipped upon payment of the shipping cost.
- Bulky items may require additional processing time and will be shipped via a specialized courier service.
Local Pickup
- Local pickup is available at our store. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
